Through medicine, lived experience, and a deep understanding of women’s health, I created The Resilient Woman M.D., a space dedicated to strength, balance, and sustainable wellbeing.

Because true resilience is not about carrying more.
It’s about losing yourself less.

I'm a physician, a patient, and a passionate advocate for women’s resilience. My mission is to help women reconnect with their strength, restore balance, and move through life without losing themselves along the way.

Medicine, Resilience, and a personal Journey

My work as a physician has given me a profound insight into the complex connection between physical health, emotional wellbeing, and resilience. Time and again, I encountered women who appeared strong, capable, and composed on the outside, yet quietly carried immense responsibility, pressure, and expectations.

For a long time, resilience was often defined as the ability to endure more. To keep going.To hold everything together. But over time, I began to question that definition.

Because true resilience may not be about carrying more. It may be about losing yourself less.

My understanding of resilience is shaped not only by medicine, but also by my own experiences as a patient. Facing serious health challenges, including complications during pregnancy, a severe injury, and thyroid cancer, confronted me with questions that medicine alone could not answer.

Those experiences changed my perspective profoundly. They taught me that resilience is not simply about pushing through difficulties. It is also about learning to listen to your body, recognizing your limits, and allowing space for recovery and reflection.

Strength, I discovered, is not only found in endurance. It is also found in self-awareness, honesty, and compassion for yourself

A space for women who carry (too) much

The Resilient Woman M.D. was created as a space for women who carry many roles, professionals, leaders, caregivers, partners, mothers. Women who are strong and capable, yet sometimes feel stretched between expectations, responsibilities, and their own needs.

Through insights, reflections, and programs such as The Resilience Kickstart, my goal is to support women in reconnecting with their inner strength and restoring balance in a sustainable way.

Not by pushing harder.

But by building resilience in a way that allows you to move through life without losing yourself along the way.
